Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28 1984 on February 28, 1984 in New York City. She has always shown great enthusiasm for becoming an actress. While at Boston University School of the Arts and Performing Arts, she started laying the basis of her career. Noureen started auditioning for roles shortly after her graduation. She was cast in 2005. was featured as a key character in the film West Bank Story.
