Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange, California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I share my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At one and a half years old I would not be now sharing my story to you, if not since my parents were devoted to hard work and sacrifice. With the opportunity to have an improved life I wanted to try my best to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. My goals were set for me to study at university, land an employment in a company, marry and buy an apartment. Though I believed that this was the standard for success, life had different goals. My corporate job in 2013 was a job I hated. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I believed that I was living a solitary existence to get a pay check. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I discovered the importance of personal training and that's my passion. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working around people and helping people. In 2014, I started my own small business and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. It is rare to find Asian women working in this industry. As a coach I would like to change the world through providing high-quality training that will aid others to become healthier and more content. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their dreams and do anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. As I started my job, the passing of my mother was the greatest loss to me. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. Her memory will forever be in my heart and my mind. If you don't realize the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we need. My mother's death affected me greatly and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to move on into her new chapter, and my chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is a sense of vitality and awareness. It feels like I'm truly living and not just existing. In sharing the tale of my life, it is to ensure that other people can relate to my experiences and thoughts. To know that they are not alone. It is also a sign of genuine love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not unusual. In the end, your the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. My hope is to live your life fully and that your death be without regrets, as that's the only thing you can count on in this life.
